The Hunt Short Film

"The Hunt" sort of began as an accident. My brothers and I had planned to go duck hunting the first morning we were all back home for the holidays. The night before, though, I realized I had forgotten to buy duck stamps. So instead of ducks with a gun, I decided to shoot them with my camera. Most of my family lives in and around Laurens County, about as close to the middle of Georgia you can get. For us, hunting is more tradition than sport. It's a rite that the Craft family up learning and taking part in going back generation after generation. Because of this, "The Hunt" became more a deeply spiritual project for me and my brothers. We hope you enjoy watching as much as we enjoyed making it.
